Do you offer wholesale or bulk purchase discounts?

Our items are only sold on our online store, which means they can’t be resold. If you're looking to make a bulk personal purchase, please email us at help@tirrinia.net.

Do you take suggestions or customs designs?

We love all the suggestions that you have been sending in! Currently we are trying to fit a few of our most requested into a brand new update for several reasons. The great news is, there is still hope – the designer will see almost every email by everyone who has sent us!  We currently do not yet offering custom hoodies at this point.

Can I send an order as a gift?

Tirrinia is the perfect gift! You can order one direct for that lucky man or woman in your life by entering their address as the shipping address.

Are the straps comfortable?

Yes! The Tirrinia straps are all designed to be comfortable while you carry your Tirrinia full of wine and everyday essentials.

Will the Tirrinia keeps my drinks cold?

The Tirrinia comes with an insulated pocket that keeps your drinks chilled for a few hours depending on exterior temperature. We do offer an ice pack which will keep your beverages super cold.
